The Llechryd Cricket Club record books were re-written on Saturday as the club's second string sprang a 189 run win over visitors and bottom of the pile Pembroke 2nds.
As Llechryd posted 283 without losing a wicket – a club record – John Curran wielded the willow from the word go in making an unbeaten 204.
Curran was given solid support by young Tomos Davies who was 57 not out.
