CARDIGAN Town Reserves captured the club’s sixth trophy when emerging 4-1 winners over their Felinfach counterparts to clinch the Reserves Cup (Division Three) title at King George V Playing Field.
With a crop of promising youngsters at the club the Magpies were hopeful of their second string gaining promotion under manager Wyn Evans to play at a higher level and this they achieved after going through the season unbeaten.
As the reserves turned on the style on Friday evening they went ahead through an own goal and further goals came via Cerys Jones, Keenan Abbot and a free kick by skipper Lee Bevan.
