In the wake of Prince Charles visit to Cardigan Castle, Cadwgan Trust chairman Jann Tucker was invited to a reception last week at Clarence House.

The reception - at the prince's official London residence - was to launch the Regeneration Through Heritage Trust, which encourages projects such as Cardigan Castle.

"Cadwgan was the only Welsh building preservation trust represented at the reception," said Mrs Tucker.

And Cardigan Castle was given an unfair advantage when it came to profile raising.

"A meeting of the trust the day before had passed around copies of the Tivy-Side with all the royal visit coverage," said Mrs Tucker.

"Prince Charles had his own personal copy of the Tivy-Side!"
