Support the campaign to restore Cardigan Castle and get fit at the same time!
That's the message behind a sponsored bike ride being organised by New Image Bicycles, local cycling club Velo Teifi and Cadwgan Trust, the local building preservation trust which is in the process of compiling a feasibility study on the castle.
The ride on Sunday, June 18, will coincide with National Bike Week. There will be three rides - 100k for keen cycling enthusiasts, 40k for those who like a good pedal and 14k for families.
All routes will have staggered starts from Finch Square and end at Cardigan Castle where there will be refreshments and, hopefully, live music.
