TWO planning applications for properties in Llandysul have recently been approved by Carmarthenshire County Council.
The first was to build a side extension which will form a self-contained annex at Garregwen, Drefach Felindre, Llandysul. This annex will be used by the applicant’s mother.
The application also includes the demolition of the existing detached domestic storage building and the first floor extension/loft conversion to the same dwelling and all associated works.
On December 20, Carmarthenshire County Council approved the application with the conditions that the work must begin within five years of the approval date and must be carried out in line with the approved plans.
The second application was for the building of a detached garage at Plas Orion on Saron Road, Llandysul.
