A LANDYSUL man has been fined for not submitting financial records to Companies House.
Isaac Joseph Moses Elliott, 33, of Cwmpengraig, Llandysul, was found guilty of failing to provide financial records to Companies House by Cardiff Magistrates Court on August 10.
He is the director of a company called Wonkey IT Ltd, and on September 9, 2022, he failed to provide Companies House with a copy of the accounts of the company in respect of the financial year ending December 31, 2021. The September 9 date was the end date for companies to file the reports for the financial year.
The court found him guilty in his absence and ordered him to pay £220 fine, £88 surcharge and £75 costs.
