TWO drivers have been banned from the roads recently.
Prenav Kunder, 23, of Tanygroes, admitted two driving charges including drink driving at Aberystwyth Magistrates Court on July 20.
Kunder admitted a charge of drink driving after being caught riding a Yamaha motorcycle on April 1 on Cardigan High Street with a breath alcohol level of 99 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
Kunder also admitted a charge of driving without due care and attention for the same date.
Kunder was banned from driving for 24 months and ordered to pay a total of £996 in fines, £398 surcharge and £135 costs.
Paul Radcliffe, 42, of Llandysul, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Aberystwyth Magistrates Court on July 20.
He admitted that on July 1, in Ammanford, he was suspected of driving a vehicle and was asked to provide a specimen of breath for analysis and failed to do so without reasonable reason.
He was banned from driving for 16 months and ordered to pay £365 fine, £146 surcharge and £85 costs.
