AN award-winning production of a popular tale will be screened in Cardigan as part of its 10th anniversary celebrations.

Matthew Bourne’s Sleeping Beauty will be screened at Mwldan in July. The production has been established as a firm favourite in the New Adventures repertoire over the last decade and has enchanted audiences all over the world.

The story takes viewers into a world full of magical fairies and vampires, turning the tale of good vs evil upside down and creating a supernatural love story as Princess Aurora tries to find her true love.

Sleeping Beauty is a 12A production as it is a broadcast of the live performance. It will be shown at Mwldan at 7pm on Saturday, July 8 and 2pm on Sunday, July 9.
