A NUMBER of local artists will be showcasing their work at the first Ceredigion Art & Craft Trail show of 2023.
The show will feature 13 artists from across Ceredigion and will be taking place at the Bandstand in Aberystwyth between May 1-3.
Featured artists include Lampeter’s Kevin Pearse alongside Averil Rees, Sarah Jones, Gary Hiscott, Ag Cain and Samantha Boulanger who will be showcasing their artwork.
There will be pieces from Lampeter’s Nantyfelin Pottery and ceramics by Jeni Pain – Shed by the Stream. Angela Groombridge will be showing basket weaving, Jude Riley will be showing marbling and jewellery, while Wendy Jones – Iar Fach yr Haf will be showing textile work and Sue Clow and Samantha Boulanger will be showing textiles and upcycling.
All artists will be displaying their original work, highlighting the creative talent of the county of Ceredigion on the setting of the Bandstand with the backdrop of the sea.
The exhibition is free to enter and is open from 10am to 5.30pm on Monday, May 1, Tuesday, May 2 and Wednesday, May 3.
