A NEWCASTLE Emlyn driver caught speeding on the M4 has been fined.
Richard Martell, 42, of Lloyds Terrace, Adpar, Newcastle Emlyn, admitted speeding at Llanelli Magistrates Court.
He was caught on April 27 doing 79mph in a BMW X3 on the M4 at J48, Pont Abraham, where the limit is 70mph.
He admitted the offence on November 14 and on December 13, was fined £82, given three points on his licence and ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs.
