A MAN has been fined for driving a car in Adpar without the relevant registration plates.
Samuel Gardener, 33, of Pontyates, admitted having no registration plate displayed on vehicle at Llanelli Magistrates Court on December 1.
He was caught on May 21 on the B4333, Adpar, Newcastle Emlyn with no registration plate on the rear of the vehicle and trailer.
He was fined £146 and ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs.
