HERE are the Teifi drivers who were recently in court on speeding charges.

Carwyn Michael Sidney Beechey, 59, of Brynhoffnant, Llandysul, admitted speeding at Cardiff Magistrates Court on November 15.

He was caught on June 15 doing 35mph in a Ford Puma on Carmarthen Road, a restricted road with a 30mph limit. He was fined £92, given three points on his licence and ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs.

Christopher Stephen Staddon, 47, of High Street, Llandysul, admitted speeding at Cardiff Magistrates Court on November 22.

He was caught on July 13 doing 26mph in a Skoda Superb on the B4296 Grovesend, where the limit is 20mph. He was fined £75, given three points on his licence and ordered to pay £34 surcharge.

Stephen John Woodruff, 60, of Cenarth, Newcastle Emlyn, admitted speeding at Cardiff Magistrates Court on November 24.

He was caught on July 17 doing 62mph in a Mercedes Sprinter on the M4 where there was a 50mph limit in place. He was fined £40, given three points on his licence and ordered to pay £16 surcharge and £90 costs.
