A MAN will appear in court next month after denying a charge of driving without due care and attention.
Aaron Davies, 40, of Bowls Road, Blaenporth, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving without due care and attention at Llanelli Magistrates Court on November 16.
He is alleged to have committed the offence on April 9 while driving a BMW M240(i) Xdrive Auto on the A484 Cynwyl Elfed, Carmarthen.
The case was adjourned and is next due to be heard at Llanelli Magistrates Court on December 15.
