A MOTORIST must pay more than £400 and has had six points put on his licence after being clocked at 53mph in a 30mph zone.
Twenty-three-year-old Jac Vaughan Smith, of Cefnllwyd, Capel Dewi, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court to speeding at Heol y Bont, Penparcau, Aberystwyth, on June 13.
He was fined £323 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £32 victim surcharge, plus his licence was endorsed.
