A LLANDYSUL man who breached the terms of a community order has been electronically tagged and hit with a curfew.
Daniel Ian Rogers, of Maes Cader, Pencader, Llandysul, was handed the original sentence for possession of drugs but admitted a breach of his order when he reappeared before the bench at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
Magistrates ruled the 32-year-old should be placed under a curfew for four weeks with electronic monitoring. Rogers must stay at his stated address between 7pm and 7am and still observe the terms of his original community order.
Rogers must also pay £60 prosecution costs.
