A DRIVER stopped in St Dogmaels had three separate types of drugs in his system and was carrying a knife.
William Luke Evans, of Wallace Street, Fishguard, pleaded guilty to three separate drug-driving charges after testing positive for cannabis, ecstasy and cocaine when stopped while driving a Ford Fiesta at Long Down Bank, St Dogmaels, on July 9.
Evans was banned from driving for 12 months by magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre and fined £300, with £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
He also admitted carrying a folding pocket knife which had a blade longer than three inches for which he was fined a further £300.
Evans also pleaded guilty to possession of 1.4 grams of cannabis but no further penalty was imposed.
