Around 160 people took part in the a giant Cardigan conga on Friday, raising £631.71 for Comic Relief. Leading the line was town mayor, Cllr Clive Davies and the event was supported by Junior Miss Pembrokeshire, Gemma Head.
“It went brilliantly,” said organiser Sheila Williams. “I would organise another conga for definite, but it could be for any charity or we could try and make a record by trying to link it all the way round town, but that’s for another day.
“It would not have happened had it not been for the people - without them you don’t have an event. The congratulations is all theirs and I thank everyone of them.”
