A joint fundraiser between the Wildlife Trust and Hedgley Hogspital is set to be held in December .

Hedgely Hogspital are a local hedgehog rescue and rehabilitation charity covering the local area.

Their primary aim is to care for the hedgehogs while with them and get them fit and well for rehabilitation and release into the wild. They also offer educational events and group talks for children about hedgehog conservation and rehabilitation

The fundraiser on December 12 at The Visitor Centre in Cilgerran will be a children's craft day.

There will be a range of fun Christmas craft activities for children available including wreath making, Christmas tree decorations, festive elves, lanterns and reindeer cards.

All proceeds from the day will go to help the work of Hedgely Hogspital and the conservation work of The Wildlife Trust.
