“I am very pleased to see a further increase in the percentage of pupils achieving GCSEs across all grade ranges, particularly at grades A*-A and A*-C. This has occurred against a backdrop of changes to the assessment requirements in many GCSE subjects. I would like to congratulate all pupils on their outstanding successes and thank teachers and parents for their ongoing support.”
