Magistrates have issued a warrant without bail for the arrest of a 50-year-old Cardigan man charged on two counts of harassment in breach of a restraining order.
The warrant was issued at Aberystwyth Justice Centre on Wednesday after Pierce Andrew Savill Garner, of Minafon, Bridge Street, who was represented by Stephen Welch, failed to appear for sentence.
He was accused of attending at the home of Lenorr Jones in Cilgerran on Tuesday, January 7 and knocking on the window of the property in breach of a restraining order imposed on March 14 last year.
He was further accused of approaching and speaking to Ms Jones in a Cardigan public house on Monday, January 13.
Last month Garner admitted both offences and the bench deferred sentence for the Probation Service to prepare a report.
