Police leaders from across Wales got together to discuss topical themes this week.
The conference, at Dyfed-Powys Police Headquarters near Carmarthen, attracted Police and Crime Commissioners, their deputies and office chief executives, and Chief Constables.
Topics in the spotlight included police funding and precepts, community support officers, complaints against the police, rehabilitation, drug intervention programmes, victim services, online crime, terrorism and organised crime.
Dyfed-Powys Police and Crime Commissioner Christopher Salmon said: “Wales’ Chief Constables, forces and Commissioners’ offices work well together.
“It’s important that we meet on a regular basis to discuss areas of mutual concern.”
Tuesday’s event was the latest quarterly gathering of the All-Wales Policing Group which meets around the country.
