EVANS John Peacefully at Allt-y-mynydd Nursing Home on Friday, October 27, 2023, John Aeron Evans, formerly of Derwydd, Llechryd and Ffynone Arms, Newchapel, aged 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Carol, much loved father of Anthony, Nigel and Helen, proud 'Dadcu' of Richard, James and Katie, and a dear great-grandfather. Private funeral service on Saturday, November 4 at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 1.00pm. The cortege will leave Plas Aeron, Newchapel at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, to 'Allt-y-mynydd Nursing Home (Residents)' c/o Mrs Lowri Evans of Colin Phillips and Daughters Funeral Directors, 4 Morgan Street, Cardigan Tel: 01239 621192.

So sad to hear of John's passing, always remembered John and Carol, growing up in Llechryd as a child as they were our neighbours for many years before moving to Newchapel. A nice gentleman and my sympathies go to Anthony, Nigel and Helen and their families. From Linda Kenyon (nee ) Phillips.
