Bedrooms: 5
In our opinion the term "stunning location" is often over used by estate agents to describe the setting of a property - however in this instance we think it sums up the location of Pencoed perfectly. Set in just under 6 acres of beautiful grounds and mature woodland the views are simply "stunning" (and the writer has seen many properties with views in Wales over the last 20 + years)

The south facing house itself has 5 bedrooms and lends itself to family or multigenerational living as it could easily provide a 1 or 2 bedroom self contained Annex if required (subject to any consents required) and still provide 3 or 4 further bedrooms for a family in the main part of the house.

Located near the small village of Cnwch Coch it is some 12 minutes drive to the University Town of Aberystwyth and the beaches there so you benefit from a beautiful country location at Pencoed whilst still having easy access to the coast and facilities of a major town.

The house is accessed via a driveway off the road which splits left and right to provide ample off street parking both in front of the house and down near the woodstore and outbuildings.

The beautiful gardens and orchard are large and surround the house completely with the woodland being to the rear and to the side of the house. The orchard itself has over 20 fruit trees as well as a range of soft fruits ( apples, pears, cherries, plums, damsons, strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, black currents, loganberries, ) As you can see from the pictures the gardens, the setting and the whole location is "stunning" and amounts to just under 6 acres all in.

Dotted around the site there is a workshop, raised beds, log store, various other outbuildings, a caravan, greenhouse and lots of nature trails running through the lovely natural woodland. If you love nature then you'll love this place !
