Nine Neighbourhood Watch schemes have been launched in Crymych in the last month.
At the January Police and Communities Together (PACT) meeting the Crymych Neighbourhood Policing team were asked to try and set up some more Neighbourhood Watch schemes in the area.
The team were successful in recruiting seven co-ordinators for areas throughout their neighbourhood.
At this months meeting the residents raised concerns regarding the speed of motorists travelling through St Dogmaels and dog fouling issues.
The priority set by the meeting was to target motorists using their mobile phones while driving.
The Crymych PACT meeting takes place on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7pm in the village hall, St. Dogmaels.
