FRED EDWARD THOMAS Peacefully on Tuesday August 11th 2015 at Morriston Hospital, Swansea, Ted aged 85, of Newcastle Emlyn. Beloved husband of Lynda and dear father of Ruth and Owen. Dear brother of Pat and fond brother in law of the late Michael Popplewell. Dearest father in law of Alison. Cherished uncle of Nicky, Ian and Gill. Loving grandfather of Jamie, Steffan, Elin, Dilly, Nia, Bradley and Barry. Private funeral service for family and friends at Holy Trinity Church, Newcastle Emlyn on Saturday, 22nd August at 12 noon. No flowers, but donations if desired, to British Heart Foundation received by Dewi Davies Funeral Director, Llysgwyddon, Newcastle Emlyn. SA38 9LW. Tel. 01239 710495.
