WELCH David Peacefully at Withybush Hospital on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, David William Welch of Trenewydd, St Dogmaels, aged 83 years. Public funeral service on Thursday, July 24 at St Thomas Church, St Dogmaels at 3.00pm, followed by interment in the Church Cemetery. Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, towards the Paul Sartori Foundation being received by Miss Lowri Phillips of Colin Phillips and Daughters Funeral Directors, 4 Morgan Street, Cardigan.
