FOUR Tivyside motorists have recently appeared in court for non-speeding offences and a warrant for arrest has been issued for a fifth.
A warrant for arrest without bail has been issued for Kevin Harrison, 59, of Y Rhos, Cardigan, by Exeter Magistrates Court on April 27 for driving offences.
He is charged with driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance. Both offences were committed on November 19 on the A30 in Ide, Exeter.
James Millener, 49, of Llwyncelyn, Cilgerran, pleaded guilty to Llanelli Magistrates Court on April 29 of driving without wearing a seatbelt.
He was caught on November 4 on the A44 Ponterwyd in Ceredigion. He was fined £146 and ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs.

Devon Burton, 27, of Drefach, Felindre, Llandysul, was found guilty of failing to provide information relating to the driver of a vehicle by Cardiff Magistrates Court on April 28.
She was found to have failed to provide the information to South Wales Police on November 29 and was fined £660. She was also given six points on her licence and ordered to pay £66 surcharge and £90 costs.
Richard Carey, 53, of Brynhoffnant, Llandysul, admitted ‘wilfully obstructing a highway’ at Swansea Magistrates Court on May 2.
He committed the offence on Blue Street, Carmarthen on April 30. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.
Jason George Ferrznolo, 50, of Sycamore Street, Newcastle Emlyn, was found guilty by Llanelli Magistrates Court on April 27 of using a vehicle or trailer in a condition likely to cause danger or injury.
He was pulled over on November 7 Great Darkgate Street in Aberystwyth, where Dyfed Powys Police officers found his Land Rover R Rover Sport had heavily tinted front side windows. Tests found that the transmittance was 17 per cent, which was found that use could be a danger to people.
He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs.
