Team Watt, coached by Rhys Harries, featured well in the Bluestone Pembrokeshire Triathlon on Sunday, 8 July.

Barry Davies was 113th and 29th in open vet category 2:40:11; Julian Bailey 149th and 24th in Senior Vet category 2:45:41; Richard Morris 199th and 30th 3:01:46; Jess West 217th overall and 16th in category 3:06:19; and Lindsey Blackford 243rd overall and 16th 3:17:22.

Hannah Mae Samson meanwhile won the Open Female relay, as part of a team with Jennie Welton and Sarah Roberts. 

More than 400 competitors from all over the UK took on the challenge of the annual Bluestone Pembrokeshire Coast Triathlon in Broad Haven.

The event, on Saturday July 6, began with a 1500m swim ahead of a 42km bike ride, and finished with a 10km run through the area's beautiful coastal landscape. 

The female category was won by Claire Walters in 2:18:05, the open category by Gruffudd Lewis in 1:59:15, and the first relay team home was @leastwetri in 2:13:47.
