Division One West: Crymych and Newcastle Emlyn slip in title race

Tries from Llyr Jones, Mike Jones, Shaun Leonard and Dion Jones earned Emlyn a 37-14 win over the Preseli men in midweek with Shaun Leonard slotting four conversions and three penalties.

Llangennech moved into pole position in the title race with a 27-12 win over Crymych at the weekend, also capitalising on a 12-6 defeat for second-placed Newcastle Emlyn in their match at Gowerton.

Emlyn, four point adrift of the leaders, travel to face Felinfoel on Saturday, and Crymych, seven points behind the leaders, entertain Llanelli Wanderers, whilst Llangennech host Gorseinon in midweek.
