TWO rowers from the Llangrannog club performed exceptionally well at the recent Welsh Indoor Rowing Championships in Cardiff.
Hannah Lodder won gold in the Ladies 2k (lightweight category) with a time of 7.44 minutes, and gold in the Ladies 550 metres (lightweight) in 1.44 minutes.
Esyllt Davies, aged 12, competed in the three-minute row for Year 8 school children and smashed her personal best with a distance of 667 metres.
Congratulations to both and a big thanks to CRIW (Ceredigion Rowing Indoor Workout) for all their assistance and training sessions all year.
The next Indoor Championships will be held by CRIW at Cardigan Leisure Centre, Saturday, March 28.
