The weather was the winner on the sporting scene in south Ceredigion, north Pembrokeshire and west Carmarthenshire at the weekend.
Torrential rain in the run-up to Saturday led to nine league and cup games involving Costcutter Football League clubs being washed out while the three scheduled rugby games met the same fate.
On the football front a number of postponed J Emrys Morgan Cup games will be held this Saturday.
