A game in the Costcutter Football League was abandoned on Saturday after a teenage defender suffered a serious injury.
The incident happened just before half time in the Division Three game between Felinfach Reserves and visitors Llanboidy Reserves.
Felinfach fullback Bleddyn Thomas was treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital with a suspected double leg fracture.
Everyone connected with the game will join in wishing the popular 17-year-old player a speedy recovery.
