Clwb Rhwyfo Llangrannog Rowing Club was blessed with beautiful sunshine for its 'person overboard' training with RNLI New Quay ahead of the Celtic Challenge from May 3-6.
Two Llangrannog club members, Laura Mears and Heather Rees-Gaunt, are also members of RNLI New Quay.
The Celtic Challenge will see them rowing from Arklow in Ireland to Aberystwyth, journey of approximately 97 miles.
BBC cameras are following their training journey as well as the actual challenge.
It will be shown in the summer on prime time TV on BBC 1 between The One Show and East Enders as part of the Our Lives series. Each of the 12 rowers will we raising money for a charity of their choice.
The club is still searching for sponsors for various items of clothing for the challenge.
