The new rugby season in Wales gets underway a fortnight on Saturday with Newcastle Emlyn of the Championship involved in five fixtures during September while Crymych and Cardigan have four games in League 1 West and League 3 West respectively.
Crymych also face a National Plate Round One tie and the Cardis are in the first round of the National Bowl.
