ABERPORTH played host to the Welsh Sea Rowing Association Commonwealth trials on Saturday (July 14).
Trials were held throughout the day, with racers starting on foot with a beach sprint before entering the water and then rowing around a 250m slalom course featuring three buoys.
The rowers then returned to the beach to run to the finish line. Winners will represent Wales at the Commonwealth beach sprints at Poole in August.
