After five wins on the bounce to ensure that League 1 West action continues at Parc Lloyd Thomas next season Crymych went down to a 16-11defeat at the hands of relegation-threatened Kidwelly in the final game.
The win kept the Black and Ambers up as Penclawdd and Tycroes were relegated and Tenby United avoided the drop on try count.
For the Preselimen, who finished a creditable sixth in the table, Carwyn Phillips crossed for a try and centre Jake Jenkins landed two penalties.
