The Met Office has forecast cooler temperatures in the coming days following days of scorching temperatures.
Temperatures across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire, which are currently reaching highs of 26C, are expected to cool over the coming days.
In Pembrokeshire, highs of 26C are expected today, July 16, and tomorrow, July 17, with lows of 14C expected overnight.
Looking forward to the weekend, temperatures are expected to reach the low twenties with highs of 22C expected on Saturday, July 18, and 23C on Sunday, July 19.
Temperatures overnight are expected to drop as low as 11C.
Moving into next week, temperatures are expected to stay around the low twenties mark with highs of 20C expected on Monday, July 20, and Tuesday, July 21.
Carmarthenshire is expected to bask in higher temperatures for a while longer with highs of 27C expected today, July 16, and tomorrow, July 17.
Moving into the weekend, temperatures are expected to drop slightly with highs of 24C forecast; and temperatures are expected to drop as low as 10C overnight.
Looking into next week, temperatures are forecast to sit between the low and mid-twenties mark - with highs of 22C expected on Monday, July 20, and 24C forecast for Tuesday, July 21.
Up in Ceredigion, highs of 25C are forecast for today, July 16, with temperatures expected to drop to 12C overnight.
Cooler temperatures are expected from tomorrow, Friday, July 17, with highs of 22C forecast.
Moving into the weekend, highs of 20C are expected on Saturday, July 18, and 21C on Sunday, July 19, with temperatures set to drop to 12C overnight.
Looking into next week, temperatures are expected to sit around the 19C mark on Monday, July 20, and Tuesday, July 21.
