ACCLAIMED Welsh singer-songwriter Tom Jenkins will launch his spring tour with a special performance at Canolfan Bethlehem, Newport, this Thursday, April 23.
The opening night will feature support from rising Welsh artist Rhi Jorj (appearing on this date only), in what promises to be a powerful showcase of contemporary music rooted firmly in Wales.
Hailing from the Valleys, Mr Jenkins is not only a musician but also a working shepherd and sheep shearer - an authenticity that runs deeply through his songwriting.
Recently named BBC Radio Wales Artist of the Year 2025, he has built a growing reputation for his evocative blend of folk, indie and Americana, grounded in the landscapes and lived experiences of rural Wales.
