Students at a Llandysul school celebrated the new Wales curriculum with an Indian night.

Ysgol T Llew Jones turned into an exciting hub of Indian culture on April 11, with 60 parents in attendance to enjoy a remarkable display of student talent.

The entire evening's operations were handled by the children - from sourcing local ingredients to meal preparation, serving guests, managing the bar, and even providing crèche services for the younger ones.

This vibrant celebration wasn't just a demonstration of the rich Indian culture, but also a practical exercise that underscored the essence of Wales' new curriculum.

This modernised curriculum prioritises equipping youth with real-life experiences.

The project, which saw the students operate their own 'T Llew Tiger' restaurant for the night, offered the youngsters a chance to step into challenging roles, acquire vital life skills, and cultivate a sense of responsibility and independence.
