Everyone loves a bit of nostalgia as it gives a chance to look back at fond memories and remember times and people from days gone by.
We decided for this week's feature to delve into the archives at the Tivyside Advertiser to look for old and more recent pictures of people from Cardigan.
We have found pictures of sports teams from the 1930s and 1960s and more recent sporting stars including a swimmer and a darts player as well as more recent pictures of people celebrating receiving an MBE and awards for supporting Armed Forces communities and proclamation for when Cardigan held the National Eisteddfod.
Take a look at these pictures and see if you recognise any of the people in the pictures.
