IF you’re looking for something to do with the youngsters this October half term, the National Trust Cymru has a number of events going on across west Wales.

In Ceredigion, Llanerchaeron will be hosting a range of activities for family fun. There will be a chance to explore nature, spot local wildlife preparing for winter and meet the traditional farmyard animals including pigs, bird fowl, Llanwenog sheep and 19-year-old Welsh cobs Seren and Tomos.

Between November 1-5, there will be a spooky Hallowe’en fairy door trail and a chance to cook a potion in the mud kitchen, dress up scarecrows or take on the family in a game of ping pong, table football or dominos in the Old Billiard Room.
