MORE great names have been announced for Other Voices Cardigan.

The festival – which takes place in October – has already announced four of its acts to headline the festival’s popular St Mary’s Church concerts including Adwaith, Cerys Hafana, Sans Soucis and Susan O’Neill – and has now revealed another three top acts including King Creosote, Colm Mac Con Iomaire and Mercury Prize nominees Yard Act!

The acts will perform in special ticketed concerts across the Friday and Saturday night of the festival in front of a public audience who were lucky enough to win tickets in a ballot, with the performances also being streamed live on the Other Voices’ YouTube channel and social media pages.

Alongside these events, there will also be 80 performances at venues across Cardigan on the music trail.

The final music trail artists to be announced are: Alffa, Autumns, Cáit Ní Riain, Catrin Finch & Aoife Ní Bhriain, Ceitidh Mac, Dionne Bennett, Edie Bens, Gallops, Gráinne Hunt, Lowri Evans, Malaki, Mari Mathias, MissFaithee, Natasha Watts, Simon Whitehead, Sywel Nyw, Teddy Hunter, THUMPER and TRAMP.

They join the previously announced Angharad, Climbing Trees, Dead Method, Gwilym Bowen Rhys, HMS Morris, Mace the Great, Mali Hâf, MELLT, Minas, Samana, Tara Bandito, amy michelle, Chalk, Fia Moon, Joshua Burnside, Lemoncello, Les SalAmandas, Mount Palomar, Scustin, Seba Safe and Uly.

There will also be Clebran discussions and performances at Mwldan, with poets, musicians, journalists, playwrights, activists, authors and historians alongside First Minister Mark Drakeford.

Other Voices Cardigan is hosted by Huw Stephens and presented in partnership between South Wind Blows, Mwldan and Triongl.

Other Voices Cardigan will take place between October 26-28. Tickets cost £25 for the full weekend if bought before October 1. From October 1, tickets will cost £35. More information including the full schedule once released and tickets can be found at www.othervoices.ie.
