LLECHRYD Seconds were beaten by 88 runs in the Thomas Carroll Pembrokeshire League division three after being limited to a total of 136 for 8 against St Ishmaels Seconds.
The home batsmen set a target of 224 for 7, with good knocks from Stuart Carpenter (95) and Ieuan Hawkins (40), despite wickets falling to Ifan Wyn-Jones, who took 3-33.
In reply, Ollie Roberts made 49 not out and Ifan Wyn-Jones posted 24, but wickets fell to Thomas Williams, who took 4-9 to ensure that Llechryd were unable to make it to 150.
Llechryd's division two match against Haverfordwest, Crymych's match at Carew Thirds in division four, and Llechyrd's Thirds' match agaist Cresselly Thirds in division six were cancelled.
