THESE drivers were in court recently for not having the correct documents for their vehicles.

Bethan Mair Williams, 36, of Berllan Aur, Boncath, Crymych, admitted driving a motor vehicle when there was no valid test certificate at Llanelli Magistrates Court on April 4.

She admitted that on October 24 she drove a Renault Clio on New Road, Newcastle Emlyn, when there was no test certificate in force for the vehicle which was first registered in September 2006.

She was ordered to pay £142 fine, £56 surcharge and £90 costs.

Tanya Crees, 34, of Bro Gido, Gilfachrheda, New Quay, admitted driving a motor vehicle when there was no valid test certificate at Llanelli Magistrates Court on April 5.

She admitted that on October 15 she drove a Ford Transit on the B4571, Adpar, when there was no test certificate in force for the vehicle which was first registered in October 2007.

She was ordered to pay £220 fine, £88 surcharge and £90 costs.

William Nickson, 48, of Coedmor, Croesyllan, Cardigan, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle when there was no valid test certificate by Llanelli Magistrates Court on April 5.

He was caught on October 16 driving a Citroen Berlingo on the A484 Llechryd when there was no test certificate in force for the vehicle which was first registered in June 2003.

He was ordered to pay £220 fine, £88 surcharge and £90 costs.

Oliver Haycourt Powell, 33, of Wind Street, Llandysul, was found guilty of driving a motor vehicle when there was no valid test certificate by Llanelli Magistrates Court on April 5.

He was caught on October 22 riding a Yamaha on the A486 Llandysul when there was no test certificate in force for the vehicle which was first registered in July 2013.

He was ordered to pay £220 fine, £88 surcharge and £90 costs.
