A CEREDIGION soul singer will be celebrating the release of her new album later this month.
Natasha Watts, from near Llangrannog, will release her latest album Music is My Life on March 24.
It is her most personal record to date, she told the Tivyside Advertiser. “I didn’t write for two years and then came back with this album,” Natasha said.
“It is about hope, is reflective and understanding about myself. There is a more personal message.
“I think it is an evaluation of me and my writing and music.
“It is the most personal record I have written.”
On writing a more personal record, she said: “It is about the relatability factor. We have got to try and be as honest and open as we can. That is why you have your fans, because most of them are invested in you.”
She believes that the lead single, Brighter Days, is a symbol of hope. Natasha said: “I think it is a message of hope and that better days are coming.”
