TWO people have been fined for Teifi driving offences.
Harriet Chapman, 60, of Hengell Uchaf, New Quay, admitted driving without insurance at Cardiff Magistrates Court on December 20.
She was caught on October 30 driving a Ford Fiesta on the A483 Fabian Way when there was not an insurance policy in place to cover her use of the vehicle.
She was fined £120, given six points on her licence and ordered to pay £48 surcharge and £90 costs.

Shaun Anthony Evans, 30, of Llwyndafydd Road, Llwyndafydd, was found guilty of using a mobile phone while driving by Llanelli Magistrates Court on December 30.
He committed the offence by using a mobile phone whilst behind the wheel of a Ford Transit on the A486 at Ffostrasol, Llandysul on June 7.
He was fined £220, given six points on his licence and ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs.
