A Ceredigion man was caught doing almost 100mph on a dual carriageway.
Daniel Walker Williams, 21, of Ciliau Aeron, Lampeter, admitted speeding at Llanelli Magistrates Court on November 29.
He was caught on May 18 doing 97mph on the A48 near Pensarn where the limit is 70mph.
He was fined £376, given five points on his licence and ordered to pay 337 surcharge and £90 costs.
