A COMPANY has applied for a goods vehicle operator’s licence.
The traffic commissioner placed a notice in the Tivyside Advertiser on September 27 advertising the application made by a Pencader company.
Allan Meredith Davies, of Gwenllan, Llanfihangel-Ar-Arth, Pencader, Carmarthenshire (SA39 9HU), is applying for a licence for the above address to be used as a vehicle operating centre for two goods vehicles and two trailers.

Mr Davies is trading under the name Allan Davies Plant Ltd.
Anyone who owns or occupies the land or surrounding land who believes that the application would hinder their enjoyment of the land should make their representations in writing to Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF by October 18. The representations must also be sent to the applicant at the above address.
