People from Tivyside have been in court recently for speeding offences and failing to provide information.
Owen Jac Evans, 27, of Silian, Lampeter, admitted speeding at Cardiff Magistrates Court on May 9.
He was caught on February 21 doing 52mph on A470 Manor Way where the speed limit is 30mph. He was fined £440 and given six points on his licence. He also had to pay £44 surcharge and £90 costs.

Robert Lewis Manson, 60, of St Dogmaels, was found guilty of failing to provide information relating to the driver of a vehicle by Llanelli Magistrates Court on May 13.
He failed to provide the information – which related to the driver of a vehicle believed to have been involved in an offence - to Dyfed Powys Police on December 31. He was fined £660 and given six points on his licence. He also had to pay £66 surcharge and £90 costs.
