DYFED-POWYS Police are asking chapels and churches to be vigilant after silverware was stolen in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward to help the investigation into the burglary at Capel Seion, Llandysul.

PC Alice Walters said: "Silverware had been stolen from Capel Seion, Seion Hill in Llandysul between the hours of 1am and 2am on September 14.

"Anyone with information should contact 101, and we ask other chapels to be aware regarding this burglary."
